Oh my goodness lol I only made it to level 5 before my brain blew up 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not a great puzzle game player... But this was fun, and super cute, and I loved the way the different pieces work in different ways! Well done!

Hooray! Thanks for playing!

this was a nice experience!! really cute, definitely a chill way to kill some time :) that last level was tricky but it didn't make it less fun!

Thank you! I’m glad you liked it!

Interesting the there is neither a move limit, nor a move counter and a star system. Optimizing levels for fewest moves might be quite interesting in some levels, but can be pretty annoying as well

I definitely feel like it might be cool to add a move counter / “your lowest score on this level” tracker. It didn’t occur to me during the game jam (and I didn’t really have time anyway) but that is on my list of potential things to add after the jam.

A score is also an interesting idea. Not all pieces are made equal, and moves from say a stag definitely feel more impactful than moves from a bug

great idea and execution!

Thank you so much!

not far into it but this looks like my jam.

I have one issue though, I’m red/green colorblind so that makes the game harder for me to read. I would sugest some kind of feedback on the target tiles when a bug is selected to make it easier to read for all kind of colorblinds

yes, I am sorry about this! I included a colorblind mode that marks the bugs and the goal tiles (second button from the right at the top), but I realized too late that that mode still makes the target tiles when a bug is selected too difficult to see because they’re indicated by a color change. I’m definitely going to fix this after the jam rating period ends, it’s a big oversight on my part.

very charming!! and the sounds/music give it a relaxing vibe

the fact that you can see all spots a creature can go gives it a casual feeling, makes it easier to handle the frog in particular :o

Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I wanted moving the creatures around to not feel tedious and not be the main focus of the puzzles, so letting the creatures move anywhere they could go seemed like the right move. I think it kind of forced me to make the puzzles more interesting than they would’ve been otherwise, especially the ones with the frog.

great game !

Thank you! :)

Loved everything about this. The puzzles were fun, not too easy, not too hard. The music was relaxing and I enjoyed the skittering sound of insects on the move. I appreciate the attention to detail you put into the look of this project. Hope you make more like this one. :

Thank you so much! I’m glad you liked the game! I will definitely keep making more projects. 🙂

10/10, felt like there weren't enough levels between each new beast stage, but still amazing none the less...

Haha, there’s only so much content I can put in making a game in a weekend… I might expand it at some point! (Though I have a long backlog of games I want to expand lol)

10/10 soundtrack I could listen to that smooth jazz for hours (and I did)
